Begin your visit at Gate 11 Distillery, a small craft operation located on two levels near the cocktail bars and bottle shop. On the first floor, you'll see the bottling line, mash cooker, fermenter, and parts of the still systems. Upstairs, you'll view the top sections of the stills, along with three smaller botanical extraction stills. Here, you'll also learn about the history and development of our spirits.
